We stayed here for a city break and found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to the attractions and restaurants in the area. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with organizing a taxi. The room was comfortable, especially the bed.

Lack of accessibility for wheelchair users, cleanliness issues. As a wheelchair user, I found it difficult to navigate through the hotel due to the doors not being held open.

Everything is okay, especially the breakfast and drinks. For evening drinks visit long reach beefeater, it is located within 5 minutes by foot.
